All orders are processed within 1-3 days after we receive your order confirmation and payment. Please note this is the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment, not the delivery time itself.
During sale periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.
We currently ship to the European Union and UK.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by our shop. Delays can occasionally happen due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and your delivery address. You will see the final shipping charge before you complete your purchase.
Duties & Taxes: For orders shipped outside of European Union, any customs, import duties, or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. Our shop has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
International Delivery Times: These can vary significantly. Please allow extra time for customs clearance.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can use this link to see the current status and location of your package.
Please double-check that your shipping address is 100% correct at checkout. We ship to the address you provide. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

We take great care in packaging your items. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier first, then notify us at eivarain.art@gmail.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging within a week of delivery.
If your tracking information shows a package as "delivered" but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors or your local post office. If it cannot be located, contact us and we will work with the carrier to open an investigation.
